Event Description

InterVu: Todd Zaki Warfel's Research Framework

Note: Food & Refreshments will be served starting at 630pm.

Most design projects have some kind of research involved. Maybe your doing stakeholder interviews, competitive analysis, web log analysis, or even usability testing.
How do you keep track of it all? What do you do with the findings? How do you prioritize them?

I’ve tried a number of different tools and techniques over the years and none of them gave me what I needed — the ability to keep track of my findings, prioritize them, and the ability to quickly find an artifact that produced the finding or solved it. When no solution was fitting my needs, I did what any other entrepreneur would — I made my own.

I’m going to show you a research framework that makes capturing and analyzing your data faster, easier, and more valuable. See how you can add traceability to your findings and prioritize them based on significance to the customer, business value, and technical feasibility.

In theory, theory and practice are the same.
In practice, they are not.

How is the parking situation there? Any tips on where to park or not to park? Would metro be better?
