Event Description

REGISTRATION OPEN

Seeking to understand how people react to products of various sorts, usability researchers often ask participants to describe their experiences and reactions and to make recommendations on how to improve product design.

In this presentation, Professor Jon Krosnick will summarize (often surprising) recommendations about how these questions should be asked in order to yield the most accurate assessments. His recommendations are based on more than 100 years of research comparing the performance of various question-asking approaches, to be summarized in his forthcoming book The Handbook of Questionnaire Design (Oxford University Press).

This is rapidly coming up. Has there been any word on where and when this'll be held?

Chris, I'm sorry I don't know. You'll have to check at the UPA website. I can ping Cory and see if he has an update.
