Join the DC UX Bookclub in discussing the book Traffic: Why We Drive the Way We Do. While not specifically about UX, the book does explore the cognitive psychology of Traffic, a subject that should be familiar to anyone in the DC area. Let's see if we can find lessons we can use off the road.
